Your account and workspace

A2E Suite connects pages, projects, calendars, files and optional applications. Access to a workspace is granted by its owner or administrators. Keep your account credentials private, use only access granted to you and tell your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You remain responsible for the content you upload and for having permission to use and share it. Workspace administrators manage membership, permissions, application installation and retention settings. Check those permissions before sharing personal or confidential information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malicious software or attempts to access another person's account or workspace without permission. Do not interfere with the service or bypass its access controls.

Connected services and AI

Optional integrations and AI providers have their own terms. Only connect services you are authorized to use. Review generated suggestions and financial documents before acting on them; an assistant response is not a substitute for professional judgment.

Availability, billing and leaving a workspace

Applications and features depend on the workspace configuration. Any subscription, service commitment or support arrangement must be confirmed with the service operator. Before leaving a workspace, arrange access to the content you need with its administrator.
